Honey Wax is a unique, high-gloss paste wax for use by composite fabricators as a mold release agent. Made from the purest grade carnauba wax mixed with unique binders and spreading agents.
The Honey Wax Release Agent helps reduce man hours due to its exceptional ease of application and buffing.
- Great for use with 2 part foams
- Extremely easy to wipe off, reducing labor hours
- Reproducibility, glossiness, and non-staining
- Solvent-based material. Flammable, use caution
- 14-ounces
Instructions for initial Honey Wax application:
1. Clean mold surface
2. Apply a thin coat of Honey Wax in a circular motion
3. Leave to dry and haze for 1-10 min
4. Buff surface using a clean towel
5. Repeat 5-7x: allow 10-15 min before each coat
After 3-5 casts, apply additional coats of Honey Wax to maintain easy part removal.
