Please communicate returns before shipping. We will reject any returns sent without acceptance, at the sender's expense.
All silicone molds are handmade and will incur a 50% restocking fee. No exceptions.
Custom & Made-to-Order Policy
Custom mold requests, custom 3D designs, and any order requiring custom dimensions, tooling, or individualized pricing are not eligible for automatic refunds. Because we produce or quote these items specifically for you, most custom orders are treated as final sales.
If you'd like to request a refund, cancellation, or adjustment on a custom order, you must first submit a formal written request to Pacific Mold Design. We review each request individually, on a case-by-case basis, considering the stage of production, materials already sourced or committed, and the specifics of your order.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Approval is at the sole discretion of Pacific Mold Design, and any refund—full or partial—will be determined based on the circumstances of the individual order.
